Who we are

GoZtartUp Interview Prep ("the Service") is provided by Aice Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 14726496), trading as GoZtartUp. Registered office: 335 Manchester Rd E, Little Hulton, Manchester M38 9AR.

Access

The Service is currently in closed alpha and access is by invitation only. We may grant or revoke access at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

What we provide

The Service is an interview preparation tool. It provides a question bank, model answers, a recording feature, and a self-check structure to help you prepare for CQC and Ofsted registration interviews.

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that using the Service will result in any specific outcome at your interview or in your registration application. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the quality of your business, your own knowledge and performance on the day, and the regulator's assessment.

Content accuracy

Our model answers and checklists are based on current CQC and Ofsted guidance at the time of writing. Regulations change. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content current, but we cannot guarantee it reflects the most recent regulatory updates. You are responsible for verifying current regulatory requirements with the CQC, Ofsted, or other relevant regulator before relying on any specific guidance in your interview or registration.

Your responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your sign-in access with others
• Not copy, redistribute, or republish the question bank or model answers outside the Service
• Not attempt to access the Service in unauthorised ways (scraping, automated tools, security probing)
• Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

Intellectual property

The Service, including the question bank, model answers, checklists, branding, and code, is the property of Aice Limited. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own interview preparation. No rights to redistribute or commercialise the content are granted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aice Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or any outcome of a regulatory interview or registration application.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
