Who we are

GoZtartUp Interview Prep ("the Service") is operated by Aice Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 14726496). Our registered office is 335 Manchester Rd E, Little Hulton, Manchester M38 9AR. GoZtartUp is a trading name of Aice Limited.

What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service:

• Email address. Required to sign in. Stored in our authentication database (Supabase).
• Sign-in session cookies. Set in your browser when you sign in. Used to keep you authenticated.
• One-time sign-in codes. 6-digit codes are generated when you request a sign-in. They are short-lived (1 hour) and not retained after use.
• No audio recordings. Recordings made during practice stay in your browser's memory only. We do not receive them, store them, or process them. They are deleted when you move to the next question or refresh the page.
• No practice analytics. We do not track which questions you answer, which checklist items you tick, or how long you spend on a session.

How we use it

• To authenticate you when you sign in.
• To send sign-in codes via email.
• To respond to support enquiries you send us.

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• Supabase. Authentication and database. Our data is hosted in the EU (London region). Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Vercel. Web hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Resend. Email delivery for sign-in codes. Resend Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or transfer it outside the UK or EEA in ways that would require additional safeguards.

How long we keep it

Your email address is kept for as long as you have an active account. If you ask us to delete your account, we will do so within 30 days. Sign-in codes are deleted after use or after 1 hour, whichever comes first.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Object to processing
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data

Changes to this policy

If we change this privacy policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll email registered users.
