GoZtartUp Interview Prep helps healthcare and childcare professionals prepare for their CQC and Ofsted registration interviews.
The CQC interview is the one step in registration that nobody can do for you. The Registered Manager has to walk into the room and answer the inspector's questions out loud, under pressure, with the regulations and operational detail at their fingertips.
Reading model answers prepares you for the words. Practising out loud prepares you for the moment. This tool gives you a question bank of 400 audited CQC interview questions, model answers written in plain spoken English, and a self-check structure so you can record your attempt, hear yourself, see the model, and tick off what you covered.
The bank covers all six CQC inspection domains: Safe, Well-Led, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Registration. Questions are tagged by difficulty and provider type, so domiciliary care, residential, and supported living services see questions relevant to them.
Part of the 16-week launch programme
Interview prep is one piece of the GoZtartUp programme. The main GoZtartUp service is a done-for-you 16-week CQC and Ofsted registration build, covering compliance documentation, policies, governance setup, and full registration submission. The interview prep tool sits inside that programme as the final preparation layer.
